George Herbert Hirst (7 September 1871 – 10 Mei 1954) adalah seorang pemain kriket Inggris yang bermain untuk Yorkshire County Cricket Club dari tahun tahun 1891 sampai 1921, dengan penampilan lain pada tahun 1929. Ia bermain dalam 24 pertandingan Uji coba untuk Inggris antara tahun 1897 dan 1909, mengelilingi Australia sebanyak dua kali. Salah satu pemain yang terbaik pada waktu itu, Hirst adalah merupakan pemain bowler lengan kiri dan batsman tangan kanan.
