Peperangan Uskup-uskup (bahasa Latin: Bellum Episcopalecode: la is deprecated ) adalah konflik politik dan militer yang terjadi pada 1639 dan 1640 atas dasar pemerintahan Gereja Skotlandia, dan hak-hak kekuasaan Mahkota. Peristiwa tersebut meliputi bagian dari konflik politik besar antara Skotlandia, Inggris dan Irlandia, dan sering kali dianggap sebagai permulaan Perang Saudara Inggris. Peristiwa tersebut dinamai demikian karena konflik utamanya adalah antara Charles I, yang menaungi sistem episkopal pemerintahan gereja Skorlandia (dengan para uskup) dan sebagian besar warga Skotlandia yang menginginkan sistem pemerintahan presbiterian (tanpa uskup).
