Whig adalah sebuah partai politik di Parlemen Inggris, Skotlandia, Irlandia, Inggris Raya, dan Britania Raya. Antara tahun 1680-an dan 1850-an, kaum Whig memperebutkan kekuasaan dengan saingan mereka, kaum Tories. Whig menjadi Partai Liberal ketika bergabung dengan Peelites dan Radikal pada tahun 1850-an. Banyak Whig meninggalkan Partai Liberal pada tahun 1886 karena masalah Peraturan Dalam Negeri Irlandia untuk membentuk Partai Unionis Liberal, yang bergabung menjadi Partai Konservatif pada tahun 1912.
