Prokonvertin atau faktor VII (bahasa Inggris: proconvertin, Factor VII, FVII, F7, stable factor, serum prothrombin conversion accelerator, SPCA, autoprothrombin I, cofactor V, component B of prothrombin, cothromboplastin, kappa factor, precusor of serum prothrombin conversion accelerator, pro-SPCA, prothrombin conversion factor, prothrombin converting factor, prothrombin conversion accelerator II, proconvertinconvertin system, prothrombinogen, serozyme, stable factor) adalah sebuah enzim dari kelas serina protease yang meningkatkan laju konversi protrombin menjadi trombin dengan bantuan faktor III, IV dan V.[1] Gen dari prokonvertin terletak pada kromosom 13 (13q34). Prokonvertin diproduksi oleh hati dengan stimulasi vitamin K. Penggunaan warfarin dan zat anti koagulan lainnya dapat menurunkan fungsi prokonvertin.
Prokonvertin diketahui juga bereaksi dengan faktor III.[2][3]
