Hukum rasial Italia, atau disebut juga Undang-Undang Ras (bahasa Italia: Leggi Razziali), adalah serangkaian peraturan yang diumumkan oleh pemerintahan Benito Mussolini di Italia Fasis dari tahun 1938 hingga 1944 untuk menegakkan diskriminasi dan segregasi ras di Kerajaan Italia. Sasaran utama hukum rasial adalah warga Yahudi Italia dan penduduk Afrika di Kekaisaran Italia.[1][2][3]
Setelah jatuhnya Mussolini dan berakhirnya penjajahan Jerman di Italia, pemerintahan Badoglio mencabut hukum tersebut pada bulan Januari 1944. Di Italia utara, hukum tersebut tetap berlaku dan diperkuat di wilayah yang dikuasai oleh Republik Sosial Italia hingga berakhirnya Perang Dunia Kedua.[2]
