Sindrom Yerusalem adalah sekumpulan fenomena mental yang melibatkan keberadaan gagasan obsesif, delusi atau pengalaman mirip psikosis lainnya bertemakan agama yang timbul saat berkunjung ke kota Yerusalem. Sindrom tersebut bukanlah endemik satu agama atau mazhab tunggal tetapi berdampak pada Yahudi, Kristen, dan Muslim dari latar berbeda. Sindrom tersebut tak masuk sebagai kondisi yang diakui dalam Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
