Tobias Vincent Maguire (lahir 27 Juni 1975)[2] adalah seorang aktor dan produser film Amerika. Ia terkenal karena membintangi Spider-Man dalam trilogi Spider-Man (2002โ2007) karya Sam Raimi, sebuah peran yang kemudian dia ulangi dalam Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
Maguire memulai kariernya dalam peran pendukung dalam film This Boy's Life (1993), The Ice Storm, Deconstructing Harry (keduanya tahun 1997), dan Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998).
