Identitas kolektif atau identitas kelompok merupakan rasa kepemilikan bersama terhadap suatu kelompok . Konsep ini muncul dalam beberapa bidang ilmu sosial. Identitas nasional merupakan contoh sederhana, meskipun ada banyak kelompok yang memiliki rasa identitas yang sama. Seperti banyak konsep atau fenomena sosial, ia dibangun, bukan didefinisikan secara empiris. Pembahasannya dalam bidang ini sering kali sangat akademis dan berkaitan dengan dunia akademis itu sendiri, yang sejarahnya dimulai pada abad ke-19.
