Golden Globe Award untuk Aktor Terbaik โ€“ Serial Drama Televisi adalah penghargaan yang diberikan setiap tahun oleh Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). Penghargaan Golden Globe ini menghormati penampilan terbaik seorang aktor dalam serial drama televisi.

Penghargaan ini pertama kali diberikan pada Penghargaan Golden Globe ke-19 pada tanggal 5 Maret 1962 kepada John Charles Daly dan Bob Newhart dengan judul "Bintang TV Terbaik โ€“ Pria". Pada tahun 1969, penghargaan tersebut dipersembahkan dengan judul baru "Aktor TV Terbaik โ€“ Drama"; judul yang sekarang telah digunakan sejak tahun 1980. Nominasi untuk penghargaan ini telah diumumkan setiap tahun sejak 1963.

Hiroyuki Sanada adalah penerima penghargaan saat ini untuk perannya sebagai Lord Yoshii Toranaga di Shลgun. Ed Asner, John Forsythe, Jon Hamm, Hugh Laurie dan Telly Savalas telah memenangkan penghargaan terbanyak dalam kategori ini, masing-masing menang dua kali. Peter Falk dan Tom Selleck keduanya telah dinominasikan tujuh kali masing-masing, untuk peran mereka masing-masing di Columbo dan Magnum, P.I..
