Boris Nikolaevich Bugaev (bahasa Rusia: ะ‘ะพั€ะธฬั ะะธะบะพะปะฐฬะตะฒะธั‡ ะ‘ัƒะณะฐฬะตะฒ; IPA:ย [bษหˆrสฒis nสฒษชkษหˆlajษชvสฒษชtษ• bสŠหˆษกajษชf]ย ( simak)), yang lebih dikenal dengan nama pena Andrei Bely atau Biely (bahasa Rusia: ะะฝะดั€ะตฬะน ะ‘ะตฬะปั‹ะน; IPA:ย [ษnหˆdrสฒej หˆbสฒelษจj]ย ( simak); 26 Oktober [K.J.: 14 Oktober] 1880 โ€“ 8 Januari 1934), adalah seorang novelis, penyair simbolis, teoretikus dan kritikus sastra asal Rusia. Ia adalah seorang antroposofis dan pengikut Rudolf Steiner.[1] Novel buatannya Petersburg (1913/1922) dianggap oleh Vladimir Nabokov sebagai adikarya sastra modernis terbesar ketiga.[2][3][4] Penghargaan Andrei Bely (bahasa Rusia: ะŸั€ะตะผะธั ะะฝะดั€ะตั ะ‘ะตะปะพะณะพ), salah satu penghargaan paling berpengaruh dalam sastra Rusia, diambil dari namanya. Puisi-puisinya diadaptasi menjadi musik dan gemar dipentaskan oleh para penyanyi-penulis lagu Rusia.[5]
