Regis Francis Xavier Philbin (/หriหdสษชs หfษชlbษชn/; 25 Agustus 1931ย โย 24 Juli 2020) adalah seorang presenter televisi, pemandu acara bincang-bincang, pemandu acara permainan, pemeran[1] dan penyanyi asal Amerika Serikat. Sempat disebut "pria pekerja terkeras dalam bisnis acara",[2] ia memegang Guinness World Record untuk jam terbanyak yang dijalankan pada televisi AS.[3] Namanya Semakin Terkenal Tatkala ia memandu Acara Kuis yang paling populer di seluruh dunia yaitu Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? versi Amerika Serikat Sejak Tahun 1999 hingga pertengahan dekade 2000-an.
