Chicago Boys adalah sekelompok ekonom muda Chili yang dilatih di Universitas Chicago oleh Milton Friedman dan Arnold Harberger. Pelatihan ini merupakan hasil dari "Proyek Chili" yang diorganisir pada tahun 1950-an oleh Departemen Negara AS dan didanai oleh Ford Foundation, dengan tujuan memengaruhi pemikiran ekonomi Chili.
