Glikosida hidrolase (glicosidase atau gicosil hidrolase) merupakan kelompok enzim yang berfungsi dalam katalisis reaksi hidrolisis ikatan glikosidik pada gula kompleks atau polisakarida.[1] Kelompok enzim ini hampir eksis di seluruh makhluk hidup kecuali arkea dan beberapa jenis parasit uniselular dalam kelompok prokariota.[2] Berdasarkan basis data CAZy dan sekuens asam amino, kelompok enzim ini dibagi menjadi 171 famili pada tahun 2021.[3]
