Undang-Undang Hukum di Wales 1535 dan 1542 (bahasa Inggris: Laws in Wales Acts 1535 and 1542code: en is deprecated ; bahasa Wales: Y Deddfau Cyfreithiau yng Nhgymru 1535 a 1542code: cy is deprecated ) adalah ukuran parlementer dimana Wales menjadi bagian penuh dan setara dari Kerajaan Inggris dan sistem hukum Inggris berlaku untuk Wales dan norma-norma administrasi Inggris diperkenalkan. Tujuannya adalah untuk membuat negara dan yuridiksi hukum tunggal. Undang-Undang tersebut disahkan pada masa pemerintahan Raja Henry VIII dari Inggris, yang datang dari dinasti Tudor Wales.
