Janasuci Paisios dari Gunung Athos (bahasa Yunani: Ἅγιος Παΐσιος ὁ Ἁγιορείτης,pelafalan [ˈa.ʝi.os paˈi.si.os o a.ʝi.oˈɾi.tis]; nama sekuler: Arsenios Eznepides (bahasa Yunani: Ἀρσένιος Ἐζνεπίδης); 7 Agustus [K.J.: 25 Juli] 1924 – 12 Julu 1994) adalah seorang asketis Ortodoks Timur Yunani dari Gunung Athos, yang berasal dari Pharasa, Cappadocia. Pada saat ini, ia banyak dimuliakan oleh Kristen Ortodoks Timur, terutama di Yunani, Rumania, Rusia, Serbia, Montenegro dan Suriah.[8][9][10][11]
Paisios dikanonisasikan pada 13 Januari 2015 oleh Sinode Kudus Patriarkat Ekumenikal,[3] dan gereja memperingati hari rayanya pada 29 Juni [OS] / 12 Juli [NS].[5][6]
Sinode Kudus Gereja Ortodoks Timur memutuskan pada pertemuannya tertanggal 5 Mei 2015 juga untuk menembahkan nama Venerabilis Paisios dari Gunung Athos ke Menologi Gereja Ortodoks Rusia, menetapkan hari rayanya pada 29 Juni/12 Juni, selaras dengan Menologi Gereja Ortodoks Kontantinopel[7] pada saat ini.
