Ordo Militer Santo Yakobus dari Pedang (bahasa Portugis: Ordem Militar de Sant'Iago da Espadacode: pt is deprecated ) adalah sebuah ordo kekaisaran Portugis.

Ordo Santo Yakobus dibentuk di León-Castile pada sekitar tahun 1170.

Paus Pius VI (1789) dan Ratu Maria I mereformasi ordo tersebut ke dalam sebuah institusi sekuler. Pada 1834 ketika pemerintahan sipil Portugal menjadi anti-Katolik, setelah kekalahan Raja Miguel dalam Perang Saudara, di bawah pemerintahan monarki konstitusional, ordo tersebut kehilangan properti-propertinya.
