Jalur Chōkai Sanroku (鳥海山ろく線code: ja is deprecated , Chōkai Sanroku-sen, "Jalur Chōkai Submontane") (鳥海山ろく線, Chōkai Sanroku-sen^?, "Chōkai Submontane") adalah sebuah jalur kereta api di Jepang, tepatnya di Prefektur Akita di Jepang Utara, dengan seluruh stasiunnya terletak di sekitar Kota Yurihonjo. Jalur ini merupakan satu-satunya jalur yang dioperasikan oleh Kereta Api Yuri Kōgen (由利高原鉄道code: ja is deprecated , Yuri Kōgen Tetsudō) (由利高原鉄道, Yuri Kōgen Tetsudō^?).

Pada 1 Agustus 1922, perusahaan swasta Yokote Railway Company (横手鉄道code: ja is deprecated , Yokote Tetsudō) menyelesaikan Jalur Barat, yang menghubungkan Stasiun Ugo-Honjō dengan Stasiun Maegō di jalur sepanjang 11,6 km, dan mengganti namanya menjadi Yokojō Railway Company (横荘鉄道code: ja is deprecated , Yokojō Tetsudō). Jalur ini dinasionalisasi pada 1 September 1937 oleh Kereta Api Pemerintah Jepang (JGR) menjadi Yashima Line (矢島code: ja is deprecated , Yashima sen) dan jalurnya diperpanjang 4,1 km hingga Stasiun Nishitakisawa pada tanggal 15 Desember pada tahun yang sama. Jalurnya diperpanjang lagi sepanjang 7,3 km hingga terminusnya saat ini di Stasiun Yashima pada 21 Oktober 1938.

JGR berganti menjadi Kereta APi Nasional Jepang (JNR) setelah Perang Dunia II. Seluruh perjalanan barang berjadal dihentikan pada 10 maret 1981. Pada 10 Oktober 1985, operasi dari Jalur Yashima diserahkan kepada perusahaan pihak ketiga, Kereta Api Yuri Kōgen.

• Stasiun Maego - Perusahaan Kereta Api Yokote membuka sebuah jalur dari Yokote pada Jalur Utama Ou menuju Oikata antara tahun 1918 dan 1930. Pembangunan dimulai pada sebuah perpanjangan menuju stasiun ini tapi tidak selesai. Bagian sepanjang 12 km dari Oikata ke Niiyama ditutup setelah diterjang taifun pada tahun 1947, jalur sepanjang 7 km dari Niiyama menuju Tateai ditutup pada tahun 1965 saat sebuah jembatan hancur akibat banjir, dan seluruh jalur ini ditutup pada tahun 1971.
