Richard Douglas Harries, Baron Harries of Pentregarth, FRSL (2 Juni 1936 – 29 April 2026) adalah seorang pensiunan uskup Gereja Inggris dan mantan perwira Angkatan Darat Inggris. Ia merupakan Uskup Oxford ke-41 dari 1987 sampai 2006. Dari 2008 sampai 2012, ia menjadi Gresham Professor of Divinity.
