Kesurupan Loudun, juga disebut sebagai perkara kesurupan Loudun (Prancis: affaire des possédées de Loudun), adalah sebuah pengadilan penyihir yang terjadi di Loudun, Kerajaan Prancis, pada 1634. Sebuah konven biarawati Ursulin dikatakan bahwa mereka dikunjungi dan dirasuki oleh para iblis. Setelah penyelidikan oleh Gereja Katolik, seorang imam lokal bernama Urbain Grandier dituduh mendatangkan roh-roh jahat. Ia kemudian didakwa atas kejahatan sihir dan dibakar di perapian.[1]
Kasus tersebut memilikit ema serupa dengan pengadilan sihir lain yang terjadi di belahan Eropa barat pada abad ke-17, seperti kesurupan Aix-en-Provence (Prancis) pada 1611 atau sihir Pendle (Inggris) pada 1612 sebelum mencapai Dunia Baru oleh 1690an.
