Sistem pemungutan suara terbuka, yang juga dikenal sebagai Opsi A4, adalah sebuah metode pemungutan suara di mana para pemilihnya memilih kandidat yang ia pilih secara terbuka. Sistem tersebut bertentangan dengan pemungutan suara rahasia, di mana suara para pemilih bersifat rahasia dan tertutup.

Sistem pemungutan suara terbuka mula-mula diadopsi di Republik Nigeria Ketiga pada masa pemilihan presiden Nigeria 1993. Sebuah pemilihan yang dianggap sebagai terbebas dan teradil dalam sejarah politik negara tersebut.[1][2]
