Paul César Helleu (17 Desember 1859 – 23 Maret 1927) adalah seorang pelukis minyak, seniman pastel, dan perancang asal Prancis. Ia dikenal karena membua tsejumlah potret wanita cantik pada zaman Belle Époque. Ia juga membuat mural langit-langit rasi bintang langit malam untuk Grand Central Terminal di New York City. Ia juga merupakan ayah dari Jean Helleu dan kakek dari Jacques Helleu, keduanya direktur artistik untuk Parfums Chanel.
