Anti-Yudaisme dalam Kekristenan Awal adalah deskripsi sentimen anti-Yahudi dalam tiga abad pertama Kekristenan; abad ke-1, ke-2, dan ke-3. Kekristenan Awal terkadang dianggap sebagai Kekristenan sebelum tahun 325 ketika Konsili Nikea Pertama diadakan oleh Konstantinus Agung, meskipun tidak jarang menganggap Kekristenan abad ke-4 dan ke-5 sebagai anggota kategori ini juga.

Umat Kristen Yahudi dikecualikan dari sinagoge, menurut salah satu teori Konsili Yamnia, karena mereka menolak membayar Fiscus Judaicus.^[1]

William Nicholls menulis dalam bukunya Christian Antisemitism: A History of Hate:^[2]

...kehadiran orang-orang Yahudi di dunia, yang terus percaya pada kesetiaan Tuhan terhadap perjanjian yang asli ... menimbulkan pertanyaan besar terhadap kepercayaan Kristen pada perjanjian baru yang dibuat melalui Kristus. Kehadiran pertanyaan ini, yang sering kali terkubur dalam pikiran orang Kristen, pasti akan menimbulkan kecemasan yang mendalam dan menggerogoti. Kecemasan biasanya mengarah pada permusuhan.

Rabbi Michael J. Cook percaya bahwa baik orang Yahudi maupun orang Kristen masa kini perlu mengkaji ulang sejarah awal Kekristenan, dan transformasi Kekristenan dari sebuah sekte Yahudi yang terdiri dari para pengikut Yesus Yahudi, menjadi sebuah agama terpisah yang sering kali bergantung pada toleransi Romawi sambil menyebarkan agama di kalangan non-Yahudi yang setia pada kekaisaran Romawi, untuk memahami bagaimana kisah Yesus akhirnya ditulis ulang dalam bentuk yang anti-Yahudi saat Injil mengambil bentuk akhirnya.^[3]

Kata Yunani Ioudaioi juga dapat diterjemahkan sebagai "orang Yahudi", dalam beberapa kasus secara khusus berarti orang-orang Yahudi dari Yudea, berbeda dengan orang-orang dari Galilea atau Samaria misalnya.^[4]
