Walter C. Kaiser, Jr. (lahir 11 April 1933) adalah seorang sarjana Perjanjian Lama evangelikal, penulis, pembicara publik, dan edukator asal Amerika Serikat. Kaiser adalah Colman M. Mockler distinguished Professor of Old Testament dan mantan Presiden Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary di South Hamilton Massachusetts, pensiun pada tanggal 30 Juni 2006. Ia digantikan oleh James Emery White.

Kaiser lahir pada tahun 1933 di Folcroft, Pennsylvania dari orang tuanya, Walter Christian Kaiser Sr. dan Estelle Jaworsky Kaiser, yang merupakan anggota Gereja Baptis Jerman.^[1] Ia meraih gelar A.B. dari Wheaton College, gelar B.D. dari Wheaton Graduate School, dan kedua gelar M.A. dan Ph.D. dalam bidang studi Mediterranean dari Brandeis University. Sampai tahun 2006, ia menjabat sebagai presiden Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (GCTS).
