Richard E. Roeper (lahir 17 Oktober 1959) adalah seorang kolumnis dan kritikus film asal Amerika untuk The Chicago Sun-Times. Ia merupakan salah satu pembawa acara serial televisi At the Movies dengan Roger Ebert dari 2000 sampai 2008, sebagai penerus Gene Siskel.[2][3] Dari 2010 sampai 2014, ia menjadi salah satu pembawa acara The Roe and Roeper Show dengan Roe Conn pada WLS-AM.

Pada 19 Oktober 2015, Roeper terpilih menjadi pembawa acara baru untuk acara pagi FOX 32 Good Day Chicago.[4]
