Martha Bulloch "Mittie" Roosevelt (nee Martha Stewart Bulloch;[1] 8 Juli 1835 – 14 Februari 1884) adalah seorang sosialita Amerika. Roosevelt juga ibu dari Presiden AS Theodore Roosevelt dan nenek dari pihak ayah Eleanor Roosevelt. Dia adalah cicit dari Archibald Bulloch, cucu dari William Bellinger Bulloch, dan cucu dari Jenderal Daniel Stewart. Seorang Southern belle sejati, Roosevelt dianggap sebagai salah satu inspirasi bagi Scarlett O'Hara.[2]
