Majelis Agung RSFS Rusia (bahasa Rusia: Верховный Совет РСФСР, Verkhovny Sovet RSFSR), kemudian Majelis Agung Federasi Rusia (bahasa Rusia: Верховный Совет Российской Федерации, Verkhovny Sovet Rossiyskoy Federatsii) adalah lembaga pemerintahan tertinggi RSFS Rusia pada 1938–1990. Pada 1990–1993, lembaga tersebut menjadi legislatur permanen (parlemen) yang dipilih oleh Kongres Deputi Rakyat Federasi Rusia .[1]
