"Creep" adalah singel debut oleh grup musik rok Inggris Radiohead, dirilis pada 21 September 1992. Singel ini muncul pada album studio debut mereka, Pablo Honey (1993).

Lirik-lirik Thom Yorke mengekspresikan ketertarikan seksual yang obsesif dan merusak diri sendiri. Saat lagunya berpindah ke chorus, Jonny Greenwood mengeluarkan ledakan-ledakan suara gitar. Radiohead mengambil elemen-elemen dari lagu tahun 1974 "The Air That I Breathe [en]"; mengikuti tindakan hukum, Albert Hammond [en] dan Mike Hazlewood [en] diberikan kredit sebagai penulis-bersama.
