Teatro Reale di San Carlo (Teater Kerajaan Santo Carlo), seperti nama aslinya yang diberikan oleh bangsawan Bourbon namun sekarang hanya dikenal sebagai Teatro di San Carlo, merupakan sebuah gedung opera yang terletak di Napoli, Italia. Gedung ini terhubung dengan Istana kerajaan dan berdekatan dengan Piazza del Plebiscito. Bangunan tersebut merupakan bangunan tertua di dunia yang masih aktif digunakan sebagai gedung opera yang dibuka sejak tahun 1737, beberapa dekade sebelum La Scala di Milan atau La Fenice di Venesia.[1]
