The Conquest of Bread (bahasa Prancis: La Conquête du Pain; bahasa Rusia: Хлѣбъ и воля, tr. Khleb i volja, "Roti dan Kebebasan"; Хлеб и воля dalam pengucapan kontemporer), juga dikenal sebagai The Bread Book, adalah sebuah buku tahun 1892 karya anarko-komunis Rusia Peter Kropotkin. Awalnya ditulis dalam bahasa Prancis, karya tersebut mula-mula muncul sebagai serangkaian artikel dalam jurnal anarkis Le Révolté. Karya tersebut pertama kali diterbitkan di Paris dengan prakata dari Élisée Reclus, yang juga mencetuskan judulnya. Antara 1892 dan 1894, karya tersebut diserialisasikan dalam jurnal London Freedom, di mana Kropotkin menjadi salah satu pendirinya.
