Bridge Across Forever adalah album studio kedua dari supergrup progressive rock Transatlantic, dirilis pada tahun 2001. Untuk album ini, band ini berusaha untuk menyeimbangkan kontribusi masing-masing anggota, karena dari kritik bahwa album pertama mereka, SMPT:e, terlalu didominasi oleh gaya vokalis Neal Morse. Seperti album pertama mereka, Bridge Across Forever diterima dengan baik oleh kritikus dan penggemar musik rock progresif. Sementara album ini bukanlah album konsep, terdiri dari masing-masing epik panjang yang bersinergi antara satu dengan yang lain.
Lagu "Suite Charlotte Pike" berakhir dengan fade-out, namun, setelah "Stranger In Your Soul" trek langsung berakhir pada menit 26:04. Pada menit 27:24, ada hidden track; kelanjutan dari bagian akhir "Suite Charlotte Pike", diikuti oleh berbagai efek suara yang mirip dengan yang ditemukan pada akhir "Duel with The Devil".
