Engulfment and cell motility protein 2 adalah protein yang pada manusia yang disandi oleh gen ELMO2.^[4]

Protein disandi oleh gen yang berinteraksi dengan protein cytokinesis 1. Pada cacing C. elegans, protein berfungsi dalam proses fagositosis sel yang telah mati karena apoptosis dan migrasi sel. Pemotongan alternatif pada berbagai varian transkrip semuanya menyandi protein yang sama.^[5]
